Tiny House

MAKING EVERY INCH of 490 sq feet COUNT

Jordan Pollard designed and built the first tiny house in New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward for Make It Right. The home's 490 square feet of carefully considered space includes an open floor plan and dual-use space that allows for maximum versatility for the homeowner.

Among the space-saving, life-maximizing features the design includes are a stainless steel 20" gas range, compact dishwasher and refrigerator. Additionally, a pop-up table seats four when needed, and nestles out of the way against the wall when not in use.
